Breakfast Pizza is basically the ultimate comfort food. The ingredients are common and most are probably things you already have in your fridge.

How to Make Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients Needed
Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
Olive Oil
Cheese
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Onion, diced
Tater tots
3 - 4 Eggs
Any other of your favorite toppings or breakfast meats
Instructions
Drizzle your pizza pan of choice with olive oil.
Spread out your favorite pizza dough in the pan and lightly drizzle another layer of olive oil.
Start layering your toppings, beginning with cheese and ending with the tater tots. You can customize your toppings to your liking and add as much or little as you please.
Crack a few eggs on top of the pizza.
Bake at 450° for about 15 minutes or until the crust is fully cooked and golden in color.
Notes
• My favorite store-bought pizza dough is from Trader Joe's. It costs less than $1.50 and the quality is always great! See what else I think about it in my Trader Joe's favorites blog.
• If you don't like over-easy eggs, poke the yolks to help cook the eggs thoroughly.
• I used an 8x8 cake pan for my breakfast pizza to give it more of a deep-dish crust look. It also helps prevent the eggs from running everywhere.
• You can use any kind and type of cheese. When I made it, I had sliced pepper jack and shredded Mexican cheese in my fridge, so that's what I used. No matter what kind of cheese you have on hand, it will still taste delish!
